Create Strong, Stable, Pain-Free Shoulders

Target the scapular (shoulder blade) muscles, which get much
less attention than they deserve.

When I first started lifting at 16, my workout consisted of
three exercises:
bench press
,
standing barbell curls
, and lying tricep extensions, also known
as the French press. This routine helped me achieve my measurable
goal of building some muscle, as well as my ultimate goal of
garnering more favorable attention from the opposite sex.
